All-dogs.com welcomes non-commercial breeders and exhibitors as Members subject to the following conditions:

Use of Kennel Names: You may use an Affix if it is registered to you with The Kennel Club. If you are using All-dogs.com to promote a specific dog you can show the Kennel Club Registered Name for the dog. Before we publish your details your Affix must be verified by the KC.

Ownership: You may only use your Members web pages to promote dogs which are in your ownership (i.e., registered with the Kennel Club).

Published detail: You must publish clear contact details including your name.

Valid E.mail address: You must provide a valid E.mail address, failure to maintain the submitted E.mail address will result in the cancellation of your Membership.

Codes or Ethics: All Members must subscribe and adhere to codes of ethics as published by the relevant club or breed society.

Animal Health: Members are expected to ensure that all health checks relevant to their breed(s) are carried out and that all certificates relating to any dog promoted on their web page are current and available.

Breeding: Any Member or prospective Member found to be not acting in the best interests of their breed (breeding from under age bitches, or on consecutive seasons) or dogs in general will have membership terminated or refused.

Commercial Use: You must not include anything of a commercial nature (advertising or promotion of businesses or services on your web pages. Information on stud dogs or puppies must be included in the relevant All-dogs section and must only relate to your own registered animals and not those of friends or relatives.

Stud Dogs: All stud dogs listed in the Stud Dogs Directory must be in your ownership, and have current relevant health certificates and a valid pedigree available.

Puppy Directory: All litters published in this Directory must be your own and whelped by you. Details of the Sire and Dam must be included along with access to all current and relevant health certificates and pedigrees. All litters included in the Directory must be registered with the Kennel Club. In order to have information on a litter published you must provide the KC Breed Register Numbers of the Sire and Dam of the litter and the KC Breed Register Numbers of the litter. Details of any litter will not be published until the information has been provided and verified. It is your responsibility to inform us once the litter has been sold in order to remove it from the Directory.

Accurate and Relevant Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information published on your web pages is truthful and accurate.

Termination or Refusal of Membership: All-dogs.com reserve the right to terminate or refuse a membership application without any obligation to give explanation or reasons.

Registered Website: Any website listed in your application must be non-commercial.
